    Privacy & Data

    Your Privacy, Gently Protected

We believe your wellness journey should be safe and private. Check That Smile is designed to be a helpful companion, not a clinical observer.

    What we collect

We only ask for what's necessary to create your report. This includes your email address and your answers to the wellness quiz. We do not ask for photos of your teeth, government IDs, or payment information.

    How we use your information

Your data is used specifically to generate your personalized Check That Smile report and send it to your inbox. We also look at data in aggregate (where individual identities are removed) to understand how we can make Check That Smile even better for everyone.

    Email & reports

Once you finish the assessment, we send your report exactly once. We don't believe in cluttered inboxes, so you won't receive marketing newsletters from us unless you explicitly choose to join our community later. Your report is yours to keep, share with your dentist, or delete.

    Data storage & security

We store your information on secure servers with industry-standard protection. Access to this data is strictly limited to the systems that generate your report. Think of it as a digital vault—built to keep your personal wellness journey safe and sound.

    Your choices

You are always in control. You can retake the assessment at any time or choose not to complete it. If you'd like us to remove your email or report from our records entirely, simply reach out to us at support@smilecheck.app and we'll handle it gently.

    Affiliate disclaimer

From time to time, Check That Smile may share links to products or services we genuinely believe can support your oral wellness. Some of these links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you choose to make a purchase—at no extra cost to you. We only highlight options we feel are aligned with a gentle, supportive approach to dental health.
